After months and months of waffling and throwing names around like scraps of confetti, news sources are once again proclaiming that Daniel Craig has been cast as the next James Bond. I love Daniel Craig. He was incredible in Road to Perdition and I officially fell in lust with him after Layer Cake. I think he'd bring something different to the character of Bond - if only in appearance. I'm not sure whether he or Clive Owen would be better, but as Owen has turned it down, I definitely prefer Craig to anyone else (besides Brosnan).

Anyway, if you're interested in this kind of thing, it's supposed to be confirmed tomorrow. But, as Quint of AICN says, this could either be a confirmation or another round of speculation, most likely involving the recurrent rumor of Brosnan returning.
