And way earlier than I imagined it would. How odd that only a day after an article appears announcing that security for HBP printing is super-tight, another article appears discussing a possible leak.
This is technically still just a rumor, and I'm not going into specifics, but I'm sure this is not the kind of thing spoiler purists are going to want to see, so...
Yeah, it's a rumor, but it's WAY suspicious that all these bets are originating from the place where some of the printing is going on. The identity of the death is not really a surprise - in fact, I've suspected it for a while. But it's just weird.
I wonder if and how JKR will choose to address it. I suspect not, since for one thing, even denying it would be giving more away about the book than anyone has so far. Also, this kind of thing is bound to happen again - many, many times - before July 16.
