I can't even imagine comparing H/G and R/Hr as to which is more "important" or better-written or whatever, because to me they're both essential.

Yeah, I agree. H/G is my OTP, but I need both of them or it isn't HP to me! OBHWF all the way, baby.

I also agree with what a few others have been saying about the trio being the most important "ship" in the series. So much word there.
