The rules:
First of all, you must list 10 good things about yourself. Yes, ten. If you can't think of ten, you must try harder. And you can't put yourself down. Throw modesty and low esteem to the wind! They can be about anything, as long as it's good about yourself. Sure, you're not perfect, but don't you give your flaws more than their fare share of time? Time to do something nice for yourself! And it's gotta be about you, not someone you know, or something you have.
Okay, got your 10? The second part. If you borrow the meme, you respond, and say something positive about me. Then I go search out your meme in your live journal and respond to your list. The response can be something new or cool that you admire about the person, or something that responds to one of the positive qualities they say about themselves.
My ten:
1. I am somewhat knowledgeable about music, and can sing fairly well. I mean, I'm no Beverly Sills or Idina Menzel, but I'm pretty good.
2. Though I have a few firmly held principles, I keep an open mind about pretty much everything.
3. When I'm in the mood, I'm a pretty good cook. However, I rarely have an opportunity to do it anymore.
4. I much prefer "doing" things to "having" things.
5. I have a better-than-average memory.
6. I can hold my own fairly well in ship debating (though I'm nothing toangua9, hymnia or Werrf.
7. I have a generally optimistic outlook on life.
8. I am a fairly creative person.
9. I have a good sense of humor.
10. I am a geek. An 80s geek, a Tolkien geek, a Potter geek, an MST3K geek, and a Buffy geek (Andrew is my hero!).

Gah, isn't Idina AMAZING?!?! I admit, I liked her before but didn't become a major fan of hers until I heard Wicked...wow! Have you heard Wicked yet? If not, I HIGHLY recommend! ;-)

That's very nice of you to say, but one or two eloquent posts does not a good debater make. It hardly merits putting my name between angua's and Werrf's anyway. And I think you underestimate yourself. I loved your last post about TLWH. Your posts just keep getting better and better, actually.

What impresses me about you is your love and knowledge of movies. It pretty much surpasses my own, and I'm going to be wuxing in the industry! It's kewl cause if I ever talk shop on my LJ, at least I know someone will get me. :P
