It's rainin' OotP pics! This time, we have a pic of the Dursleys.

Is it weird that the thing that strikes me the most about this pic is Petunia's micro-mini sundress?

We really are getting a lot of pictures! I was almost going to type that it looked like an apron but when I checked it again it is a dress. Next to Dudley it looks like a tea cozy. ;)
