1) Is Dumbledore truly dead?
Yes.
2) Do you believe Snape betrayed Dumbledore?
Not simply by killing him, but he may have betrayed him in another way before that.
3) Are Lupin & Tonks really a couple or is this a red herring?
Real. I don't believe in romantic red herrings in Rowling's books, especially this late in the game.
4) Who loved Snape? Has Snape loved anyone?
I think Lily and Dumbledore cared for Snape, and that Snape loved them both. I think he also, at one time, loved Voldemort.
5) Will any of the trio die?
No. At least, I don't think they'll be dead at the end. That doesn't preclude Harry from "dying" at some point along the way.
6) Will Harry & Ginny reunite?
Definitely.
7) Will any/all of the trio go back to Hogwarts for book 7?
I think Hogwarts will probably be closed for the duration of Book 7. But Harry, et al will probably have to go there at some point for something to do with the Horcrux quest.
8) Is Harry's scar a horcrux?
No. I think it may be a result of Harry becoming an accidental Horcrux, but I don't think the scar itself is a Horcrux.
9) Why wasn't Fawkes seen in any of DD's memories?
He wasn't there.
10) Which major characters are most likely to die in book 7?
Aside from Voldemort, I don't know. I'm less sure about Hagrid dying (and Lupin, too). And I won't contemplate any of Harry's peers dying. It may happen, but I don't want to ponder it.
11) Will DD's portrait be able to help Harry?
Yes, I think so.
12) What role will McGongall play in book 7?
Trying to get the school reopened.
13) Will Harry go back to the Dursley's as he is supposed to?
Yes, he said he was going to. Plus, we have to find out what Petunia's secret is.
14) Will the DA or OOTP reform to help Harry?
Um, did the Order break up? I guess they'll need to at least have a new leader. But yeah, I think they'll certainly help him. I think some members of the DA will help as well.
15) Will Wormtail repay his lifedebt?
Hmmm. I think so, otherwise there's not much payoff for PoA.
16) Will the imprisoned Deatheaters escape from Azkaban?
To tell the truth, I'm wondering why they haven't before now. Errr, in other words, yes.
17) Will Kreature hinder or aid Harry if he appears in book 7?
A little of both, probably.
18) What is your take on Harry having "his mothers eyes"?
They could be the key to destroying the Harrycrux.
19) Did Snape actually help LV at Godric's Hollow?
I don't know, but I suspect we'll find out when we get more info about the missing day.
