You're gonna be bothered by how cool I am.

Gah! MUCH drama in the office this morning over fair treatment of support staff. We've been worried for weeks that a woman who was being "let go" would drift over the edge of sanity. However, she left very quietly and amicably yesterday, and the meltdown was instead provided by another co-worker over the rotation of break/lunch relief. Apparently, some administrative assistants are more important than others and don't have to do the menial tasks that are appointed to we lowly ones. It's just aggravating that myself and two other serfs in Cubicle Hell get the least pay and seem to be the most put-upon. I mean, maybe if we had a door or something, but...

So yeah, I do think it's unfair. But there's really no call to get THAT worked up over it - to the point of howling about it at the front desk, where visitors come and get their first impression of the church.

*sigh* More incentive to look for another job, I guess.
