According to Mugglenet, the teaser trailer for Goblet of Fire will be online this Monday (instead of the usual Wednesday before it hits theaters). So if you keep an eye on those things, "CONSTANT VIGILENCE" is the phrase for Monday. Not yet sure what time of day it will be up, but it's supposed to go up on satellite Sunday, so probably pretty early.
