POA TRAILER!!!
*catches breath*
Cuaron is my hero!
Okay, time for coherent thoughts:
1)I'm loving the ominous look of the black smoke.
2)Love how the train is stopped in the creepiest place. But wasn't it already dark? I guess we won't have the lovely Ginny-sits-on-Harry's-lap moment, but I wasn't expecting it anyway.
3)Love the tagline ("something wicked this way comes")
4)I'm guessing the two looking at the Shrieking Shack are Ron and Hermione (with Harry nearby in the invisibility cloak.)
5)*sigh* Horseless carriages :)
6)Already loving Gambon as Dumbledore
7)What's with the choir? Are they being conducted by Mickey Mouse? Are wizard children raised on Macbeth? ("double, double, toil and trouble...")
8)Whoa! Watch out for the Knight Bus!
9)Finally! Harry hair!
10)How are they going to get Aunt Marge down?
11)Tom Felton should not be that cute. Love the charmed origami pteradactyl.
12)Mutant frogs?
13)Lupin looks WAY better than he did in those two pictures we've seen before. And Matthew Lewis is really growing up!
14)SNAPE IN A DRESS!
15)Whoa! Sirius really was laughing in that picture. Few actors can make laughing that freakin' scary. It's like halfway between laughing and screaming. God, I love Gary Oldman.
16)Finally we get a shot of Hermione doing something besides clinging to Harry.
17)Crookshanks is quite the spitfire.
18)Snape busting Harry with the Marauder's Map, and I'm guessing it's either Lupin or Ron he's turning around to look at.
19)What's Sirius looking at? (Fudge, perhaps?)
20)I don't care if it's not in the book, protector!Snape rules!
21)Sirius looks particularly creepy in the Shack shot.
22)Love the under-the-covers shot (in a totally non-Mrs.-Robinson way)
23)What are HRH hiding from?
24)Dumbledore is so cool, he can light a candle with a wave of his hand.
25)I love the wintry look in Hogsmeade.
26)I REALLY hope Maggie Smith sticks around for OotP.
27)I'm assuming the next shot of Harry is the anti-dementor lessons. Great intensity from DR. (Creepy candles!)
28)OMG! The dementors!
29)Okay, the Macbeth homage was one thing, but I just don't think children's choir when I hear the words "something wicked this way comes." That sort of crosses the line of cheesiness. A minor nitpick in an otherwise great trailer. You can tell they picked the shots that wouldn't even remotely give anything away. But it's still exciting.
