A couple of Bnatters have started a podcast and devoted their most recent episode to BNAT, and one of them told a story that Harry shared with her about our screening of The Wolf of Wall Street.
If you remember my report, you might remember that our Wolf of Wall Street screening was followed by a small half-dressed marching band. They were playing and there was confetti and champagne and it was like a scene from the movie, right? Well, apparently, MARTIN SCORSESE INSISTED ON THE MARCHING BAND AS A CONDITION OF HIM SENDING US THE PRINT. Like, if Harry didn't score a marching band, we weren't going to get the movie. They had to go to Houston or something to find people to do it, and Scorsese paid for them to be there so that we could have a freaking marching band with the movie.
I know it's probably not going to win anything Sunday night, but I am rooting for it, because it was one of the most amazing experiences in a movie theater I've had in my life. Bless you, Marty.
