You're gonna be bothered by how cool I am.

I'm desperately trying to catch up on the slew of holiday movies after all my time out of town. You'd think a 24 hour film festival orgy would have slaked my cinematic lust. But there's so much more that I have to see. I'd like to see all these big awards contenders before the Golden Globe nominations are announced Thursday morning, but that's not going to happen, since I have a family Christmas thing tonight and super-long choir practice (with full orchestra) Wednesday night. That leaves me with Tuesday night. I'd at least like to see The Last Samurai then.

But yesterday I finally got around to seeing Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World. ( Click here for more details )
