...about the fact that after working nine hours at my regular job, I am about to have to go work five more hours at my new second job. I'm determined that I am not going to sulk about having little to no free time for the next several months, because at the end of it, I will have my own computer, and will not have to feel guilty about tooling around the net on company time and on the company computer.

Surely tomorrow night will not be as bad (or maybe it will, since it's Friday and Halloween), but I absolutely loathe and despise the dreaded "first day on the job." Especially when that job is a customer service job and people will expect me to know what I'm doing. I am dreading what I know will be several repeat performances of the "Sorry, it's my first day" show. I just have to keep thinking of the shiny Dell Inspiron that will be my reward for all the times I have to endure yelling because there's not enough butter on the popcorn or the nachos are stale. Not to mention going home every night with a strong stench of butter and frankfurters emanating from my clothes and hair. It will all be worth it when I can write, noodle around the 'net, and talk to all of you whenever I feel like it.
